As we have grown and developed we have also engaged specialist and qualified staff. Each staff member can offer a high level of content knowledge and experience in their chosen field:

John Matthews – Proprietor: Through demonstrated business development capacity and entrepreneurial skills backed by experience through employment within the government sector John's experience provides an outcome oriented and project management focus to the activities of the organisation.

Sarah-Jane – Business / Community Organisation Consultant: Sarah-Jane can bring a strong business focus to the presentation of your material. Her qualifications and experience in management analysis of business operations will ensure that your material meets all criteria and associated standards. With tertiary qualifications in marketing and accounting her strengths lay in research, analysis, development of effective and informative systems, and the preparation of complex material. Additionally she has achieved Provisional Auditor certification through RABQSA enabling her capacity to audit business systems and processes thus providing a holistic overview to the development of client material.

Michelle Culnane – Human Resource Consultant: With more than thirteen years experience within the Commonwealth public service Michelle has previously participated in the selection, recruitment and development of staff within Government. This has included extensive experience on interview panels. Michelle can provide insight and a high level of content knowledge in to clients seeking Government positions.

Sarah Jess Human Resource Consultant / Cairns: Sarah draws from middle management positions within the State and Federal Government to provide clients with a high quality service.  With more than ten years experience in this field Sarah can offer insight into the requirements and needs of Government when preparing applications.  Her knowledge ensures that she can identify and extract the information required to maximise success and the chances of gaining interview or better within an application process.

Karen Ritchie / Melissa Haarburger:  Business Support Officers:  Karen and Melissa provide support through the management of all administration and account requirements.  If you have any questions regarding these matters don't hesitate to contact them.

Peta Steffens – Typist: Peta is a competent typist working with all written and audio material presented in hard copy, tape or electronic formats.
