How we gather commercial in confidence information?

Through the completion of a range of business related products information is gathered that may be deemed commercial in confidence. This information relates to:

• Financial statements and accountants reports, profit and loss statements, insurance statements, employee information, company information, quotes and costings for tenders and in depth cash projections

This information is gathered within the context of preparing funding submissions, tender documents and responses and business plans.

How we manage personal information?

All personal and commercial in confidence information is held on an internal database that has the protection from external access.

We do not provide personal information to any other third party or person without permission directly from the client. This also relates to the supply of information to other organisations for promotional purposes.

New clients are given the opportunity to subscribe to an internal newsletter. An opportunity to unsubscribe to this newsletter is provided each time this is sent.

All client information produced in draft is shredded to ensure the protection of the client. Details and personal information is not shared between clients with similar circumstances. All efforts are taken to ensure that your information remains confidential and is protected.
